These guys are the BEST! I just recently (Sept 2016) hired them to update our entire home HVAC system. After looking at many of the 'popular' HVAC companies that advertise constantly but have bad reviews, I contacted two local well known contractors/builders in Ramona and BOTH of them recommended Mike at Lake HVAC. Very disappointed in this company thus far. My landlord had them call me to set up an appointment based on my schedule, I missed the call by a few minutes, immediately returned the call and got no answer just a machine. I left a detailed message to call back. No response from them so I repeatedly called back for a few days and no answer. Finally on my last attempt of calling I spoke to Monica, set up the appointment for the following Thursday. No one showed up. So it's reached the low 90s and I'm still without ac.
