These new managers don’t ever answer the phone!!!! The maintenance takes their time to come fix new appliances !
Process was very easy with Jennifer
Having lived in these apartments for some time, I have had a positive experience overall. I was disappointed when Shawnee was transferred, as she was an excellent manager. However, the new management has been pleasant, and their prompt response to my service requests has been commendable. The property itself is well-maintained, clean, and quiet, making it an enjoyable place to reside. I gave it four out of five stars due to the water bills are so high.
moving in back in October 2025 was a ok experience, shawnee was understanding and she worked with me and my daughter being that we was from louisiana, upon move in, we was moved into a older apartment that had a lot of things that needed to be updated which was not what we expected from looking on the site with the newer apartments, went through Nov and Dec 2025, we was advise that there was a new manager Jennifer, well the repairs was not done, after that had to submit request after request to have the things done that was ... read more
Just got my keys yesterday and let me just say that new manager the property has is amazing 👏🏿 didn't even know She was new till I pick my keys up the whole process from the being has been amazing she answers the phone almost on the 1st ring and communication was on point and both of those reasons sold me its hard to have that from apartment complex KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK JENNIFER
