Horribly horrible so far
Black mold continues to grow through the apartment. 3 years Same Requests over the years ignored or pushed to the side. Place keeps declining. Keep your money and rent somewhere else. This is just one of many ongoing issues with this 1980s building. They have lost the spare key to my apartment several times and have asked me to be here multiple times to open the door for any workers all day. Mrs. Shawnee is great! She helped me get an apartment! She's goes above and beyond for her tenants! Would recommend! Apartments are always nice upon moving in!

I really enjoy living here. GREAT PROPERTY and Management is really nice too.
