I am a 10+ year long term tenant at Lake Meadows. I have never experienced the level of neglect that I am experiencing right now. I have sent three emails, and also made a visit to the leasing office asking for information in writing regarding the new RUBS (Retail Utility Billing Service) pricing structure.
