What a ripoff, I now have to call a professional to do what this guy broke. Plus he dumped my old toilet on my lawn and broke a sprinkle head, so now I got to get it repaird. What a walking desantos scum

Very responsive first visit but was late in day. Technician said he would be back the next day. No show. After calling office lady late next day she said since it wasn’t an emergency he would back 9-11next day. No show again and no call. No answer when office was called. Haven’t been able to use dw or kitchen sink for 3 days. I understand plumbers need to prioritize but please let customers know when you don’t want to do job or are running late. Very poor customer service.

Water heater repair was so easy and convenient! I called the number on my water heater and they came to my house in about an hour. The service was very professional, and the technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. They also gave me a new water heater at no charge! thas
