I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this dental office. While I have been very pleased with Dr. White and the dental care provided, my interaction with one of the front desk employees was unacceptable and completely changed my impression of the practice. As a working mother, I have called out of work multiple times to accommodate the limited morning appointments available so I could bring my son in. I have two kids who are patients here, and they are complete opposites when it comes to the dentist. My oldest has never had an issue and does great at every visit, but my second born gets very nervous and has a hard time being patient during appointments. 2 stars, and the only reason it isn't 1 is Dr. White. He is fantastic with kids and we have nothing but good things to say about him. Unfortunately, our experience with his dental assistants was a different story. On our first visit, we politely asked why our family needed to be separated, since we were told the rooms didn't have enough space (they clearly did). First, Dr. White is fantastic. He is the only reason these stars are present; and whoever keeps the place clean. The dental assistants have a large attitude problem. I have two kids under age 4, they can be a lot. My husband and I go together for this reason. For many visits we were allowed in the dental room together as a family. No problem.
