This place is so cool if I were a kid I would want to be here all the time because the waiting area and the office are beach themed and looks so fun. They have video games for the kids to play in the waiting area and there is a mini PT Cruiser for them to climb into and pretend like they're driving. The office staff is really great and doctors are awesome. Everyone is super friendly. My only critique is that we have to pay upfront and then get reimbursed by your insurance company and it's very, very expensive. I think my kid... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with this office. My children’s appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, and I had to cancel today because we are in the middle of moving out of state to Florida. Between packing, coordinating the move, and everything else that comes with relocating, I unfortunately missed the 24-hour cancellation window. I understand the office has a policy of charging $100 per child for cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, and I respect that businesses need policies. However, what really ... read more
