This place has gone downhill.
October 2023: Doctors are pleasant, but rushed- seem a bit frazzled, and we've had a different one every visit. Decor of the office is awesome for kids. Some of the hygienists we've had are soooo nice and have great interaction with children. However, whomever we had today was awful. Barely talked to my children and refused to let me take a first time dentist photo for our keepsake book. Cited HIPAA, but there was no one else there and I certainly wasn't trying to take a photo of her computer.... just my own child in the cha... read more
My 6 yo was referred here for fillings and we had a great experience. Scheduling was very easy and they were able to minimize the number of visits we had. The doctor and tech made him SO comfortable and were both so kind. When something bothered him - they LISTENED and quickly addressed it completely. I also had an issue with my FSA card and the staff were so patient with me. Thank you so much for making his experience easy.
Instead of exercising professional judgment or even basic courtesy, the front office flatly refused to review existing diagnostic records and insisted on duplicating imaging solely due to internal policy—not medical necessity. The lack of professionalism from the front desk was shocking. Rude, dismissive, and unwilling to work with a self-pay family who already had valid, recent X-rays. Policies were used as an excuse instead of providing patient-centered care. I would not trust this office with my child.
