Dr Dsmask is great but that office staff should be run out of town. Awful, don’t answer the phone and don’t call back and when I finally went there in person she just said sit down!!!! They are ruining her business.
I first came to see Dr. Damask & she was wonderful. She helped me tremendously get control over my chronic hives but about a year after treatment when I changed insurance & she had a difficult time getting the prior auth for my med, she dropped me. She basically put her hands up in the air (literally when I came in to talk to her) & told me she couldn’t help me anyone. Also, the woman that checks you in was extremely rude & very disrespectful to patients & to Dr. Damask.
Their phone just goes into a busy dial tone and then promptly hangs up 3 seconds later. I don't think I want to do business with an medical professional that doesn't even have the common sense to setup an automated answering system.
