Love the teamwork in this office. Dr. Lall is consistently the best. He puts you at ease and is professional, yet friendly. He has done 3 Cerec crowns (amazing process) for me over the years and it seems 2nd nature to him. I drive a long distance to be able to have such a great Dr. and team do what needs to be done, which minimizes the dread and nervousness of it for me. Thank you Dr. Lall and Jessica!
Saved My Tooth (and My Time!) - Incredible Service from Dr. Lall. I had a truly great dental experience with Dr. Lall at Lake Mary Dental. I initially came in for a crown consultation, and my previous dentist had told me I needed either an extraction or at least three visits to prepare the crown. My family has been coming to this dental clinic for years. The Dentist and dental assistants are super gentle and explain everything they are doing patiently to calm any anxiety. So far they’ve been great! There was a mix up in the front office but the Dentist handled it accordingly.
I was scammed. I signed the papers about how much I owe and since it was examination they verbally also confirmed I owed nothing but they sent a bill to me saying that insurance did not cover. This is absurd, they should have checked with the insurance before giving me any confirmations. I literally asked almost 5-6 times is this covered by my insurance!!! They gave false confirmation and went ahead with examination. If I had known I had to pay big dollars I would not have opted for the examination itself. This is very sadde... read more
Dr. Lall and his assistant Michelle were absolutely fabulous! I have had several bad dental experiences in the past with other dentists, but not at Lake Mary Dental; they are the best! I was very impressed right from the start with the warm friendly greeting from the staff at the front desk. I was equally impressed with all the hi-tech equipment that they have and the comfort and ease of getting multiple procedures done in one visit. Totally awesome!
