My family has been coming to this dental clinic for years. The Dentist and dental assistants are super gentle and explain everything they are doing patiently to calm any anxiety. So far they’ve been great! There was a mix up in the front office but the Dentist handled it accordingly.
I was scammed. I signed the papers about how much I owe and since it was examination they verbally also confirmed I owed nothing but they sent a bill to me saying that insurance did not cover. This is absurd, they should have checked with the insurance before giving me any confirmations. I literally asked almost 5-6 times is this covered by my insurance!!! They gave false confirmation and went ahead with examination. If I had known I had to pay big dollars I would not have opted for the examination itself. This is very sadde... read more
Dr. Lall and his assistant Michelle were absolutely fabulous! I have had several bad dental experiences in the past with other dentists, but not at Lake Mary Dental; they are the best! I was very impressed right from the start with the warm friendly greeting from the staff at the front desk. I was equally impressed with all the hi-tech equipment that they have and the comfort and ease of getting multiple procedures done in one visit. Totally awesome! Used to be a good provider, even with some office practices that we disagreed on. However, they have gone downhill during past year. 2 family members with failed fillings in last 6 months we chalked up to coincidence. But staff turnover and inability to fulfill appointments for cleanings became an issue almost 1 year ago. Staff left but reschedule took well over a month to obtain so you were pushed to accept cancelation appointments. I would love to give this place 5 stars. I’ve been a patient for over 15 years and have had nothing but great experiences with my hygienists and Dr. Fuller. However, almost a month after I updated my insurance with them and almost a week before my appointment, they called to tell me they no longer accept my new insurance. When I asked the receptionist when that decision took place, she wouldn’t give me an answer.
