Awful communication. I booked as a new patient with urgent symptoms. They changed my appointment time, asked for my Social Security number, and then canceled my appointment without telling me. No call, no email, no notice. Completely unprofessional.
After realizing that I needed extensive dental work, I had consultations with seven different offices regarding approach and cost. I selected Dr. Sheikh partially because he asked the right question, "What do YOU want?" So far I've had one extraction, one bridge, one root canal, and eight crowns... and I'm very pleased with results. His office manager, Tatiana, is very skilled in working with insurance companies, and entire staff is friendly.
The best place to come for your Dental needs, my experience was everything good and I felt so very comfortable?, No anxiety at all and staff was so cool. They made you feel right at home. I'm going back every single time. Thanks Doctor Mateen Sheikh, of Tampa.
Dr. Sheikh is an awesome dentist, I can’t recommend him enough! He has a way with telling you exactly what’s going on without making you panic, he’s very reassuring. I had what felt like a dental emergency the day before a work trip to NYC and he was able to fit me in on short notice. He even told me to reach out if I had any uncomfortability before my flight, which I did, and he got me back in right away. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients and goes above and beyond.
