Locality was convenient so family paid the higher prices for 3 pieces of furniture/equipment. Call out fee to examine HiLo bed was OUTRAGEOUS - no action - only a suggestion for family to pull it apart to straighten bent bracket. Lost our future business & will stop recommending Jane & her shop to others.
Jane was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Her caring manner and advice on what was required made rehabilitation after surgery as smooth as possible.
I’m blessed to have went to this disability shop out of every other one I could’ve went to great customer service and a great couple that owns the shop I highly recommend these guys
Advertised to be open till 430pm. Arrived 350pm, doors locked, no one around, phone rings out. Not the best way to be able to sell products.
