After seeing the owner’s reply to my husband’s review, I feel it’s important to clarify a few things. The crutches we purchased were returned within days and were unused, despite the claim that they had been used all weekend. When we bought them, they already had visible chips and signs of wear, which made them appear previously used even though they were being sold as new. That alone raised concerns. Reported to the NDIS and Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission for taking advantage of the most vulnerable members in our community. I’ve seen so many bad reviews about this place and the appalling behaviour from the owner. Something needs to be done. Keep sharing the feedback around our community so others are aware to steer clear.
Jane was super helpful during a stressful time. We urgently needed a wheelchair for our child and needed it longer than expected. Jane was so kind, understanding, and flexible. Highly recommend!
My husband needed urgent support with mobility products post a fall of approx 4ft. The hospital discharged him too soon. We live 5 hours from Morriset, my husband is staying at our daughters place. There are no mobility supports there. Due to being able to travel at this point he needed help. Thank God for Jane, her assessment of his needs and condition was professional.
