Most staff are rude. Especially the old ones. Unprofessional.
I came in for a planned overnight cardiac procedure along with several other people. We were all starving as we had been fasting for many hours only to be told there are no meals available only 1 sandwich each. What sort of show are you guys running, you knew we were all staying overnight, it it too much to ask for a meal when I pay $650 per month and $400 on admission. My daughter had an operation and is breastfeeding a 3 month old Bub and we brought Bub up after her op to stay with her overnight . We asked the nurses station if we could put some breastmilk in bottles in the fridge ,The old rude nurse was so rude and said no it is not allowed . Some other nurses said they have done it for other ladies and the rude nurse said no we would have to take bottles back with us to the room, One nurse came and apologised for how rude she was and said we could put the bottles in the fridge. Excellent Care and Urgent Attention Arrived after urgent Dr referral for confirmed blood clot (DVT), 5 weeks post ACL surgery, struggling to breathe. Staff acted immediately: admitted straight away, placed on monitoring, given medication, and all necessary tests done promptly. Treated with compassion and respect, and everything was clearly explained. Made me feel safe and valued at a critical time. Summary: Truly grateful for the professionalism, urgency, and care from doctors, nurses, and all staff involved.
