Poor communication and lack of transparency. I was not informed of a $95 blood test charge before the tests were done, which should have been disclosed upfront. There was also no follow-up or notification about my blood test results, leaving me unsure whether or how to rebook. This lack of basic communication is very frustrating.

IF they pick up their phone (I once had to call 10 times to get a response, yes during business hours despite their pre-recorded message that plays at random intervals throughout the day stating that I had not called between 9 and 5), prepare to have referrals forgotten, information garbled, and for every minute process to be made much harder than it has to be.
