I wrote a negative comment about the ice skating earlier this week. It was deleted. I find it unprofessional and unethical on your part deleting negative comments.
This place is a joke. Went to industry night for free “ice skating”, games and more. There was no one telling you where to go to sign in, the “ice” was plastic and horrible, barely any games and the staff was completely rude and wouldnt not let us sit anywhere saying tables were reserved for “v.i.p’s” when no where did it say reserved. This was my first and LAST time i will ever go there. I will not waste my gas or drive 45 minutes to get treated like shit.
Kayaking for $27 was awesome, very peaceful and watched the sunset!
This is one of the best things to do on a hot Vegas day. Had a wonderful time! Highly recommend this.
