Perfect family setting. The new owners are going above and beyond creating a better Kim Tam than the one I grew up at. My family and friends will be here a lot this season.
Stellar Water Park!
My mom took my younger 2 to Melanie Lake at Kim Tam Park and they had a wonderful, relaxing time. Great pricing for seniors! My teen daughter went a couple of days ago with a bunch of her friends and they all had a blast! I’ll be checking it out soon for myself and update my review afterwards! ���
I went on Father's Day for the first time since it was re-opened. Absolutely loved it! It brought back so many memories from when I was a kid! I loved the music that was playing that could be heard anywhere you were sitting around the lake. The contests were fun and funny! I can't wait to go back...
Spent Father’s Day there. We loved it. The park was very clean , the grass was short , and picnic tables are in great condition. The music was great. My family will visit again very soon. Everyone was very friendly and inviting from the ladies that took our money to the people at the concession stand and the life guards were present and paying attention to what was happening in the water. The park has always been amazing and the new ownership has only improved from there . Being able to get in a a more than fair price for families , able to picnic , swim in artisan water ... it doesn’t get any better than this spot right here ! Can’t wait to watch the park grow and their vision come to life . Best water park in the area hands down

I love what you guys are doing with the place. But something needs done with the cement leading into the deeper end. It’s insanely slippery!!!
