Reading about this company after my purchase makes me depressed as well as angry. Stacy said it all; I bought my F-150 one month after that review. We prefer to support local businesses and told them I know they need to make a profit, but I had bought two new Fords in Virginia and got a good price and good service, so I expected the same. In my opinion you will be taken advantage of and squeezed for every single dollar they can get out of you. I recommend you don’t buy anything from these people because they are ruthless and take advantage of you they give car salesman the bad news we have thought of car dealers.

We bought a new 2019 **** ****with an extended warranty. My wife had a sudden event in which white smioke poured out the tailpipe and the car came to a abrupt stop. Contacted Keowee Ford and they said it would be a month before they could even look at it. Contact the warranty company bought through ford, and they said I could use another dealer. Contacted ******** ****who said they could look at it in a day or two so we had it towed there. They said we needed a new motor, re-contacted the warranty company to see about a rent... read more

I have tried to by a car from this place a Ford Transit Connect XLT Wagon 2022; offered them full MSRP of $32,855.00 they said they would take it. I sent them my information and they sent a text back saying the car was now $37,885.00. I call and ask to speak to the General Manager Rodney, He will not return phone calls. This place is a bait and switch.

Big mistake letting Lake Keowee Ford do an oil change on my 2021 F250 **** truck, January 13,2022. I backed the truck out of my garage after letting it sit for several days after bringing the truck home after the oil change, oil everywhere below the front of the truck on the garage floor and the oil filter! I went to this dealership to look at a truck yesterday and before I got there I told Emily in a email I didn't have much time and would have to go back to work. She agreed and said I could drive the truck and they would look at my trade then I could come back the next day. That didnt happen. When I drove the truck my car sat. No one looked at it. I wish I could give these people a 0 but unfortunately that is not an option. We have tried to buy two trucks from this establishment and we are local to the area and every time its a S&%^ Show. It is a disgrace how Rodney M******* (General Manager) treats people. We literally get a new car, the both of us, every two years. I have purchased over 70 Vehicles in my Life and one of the worst experiences I ever had purchasing a very rare Mustang. The Owner put 500 personal miles on the New $134,000 Shelby and absolutely ruined it - Burnt the tires right off it and didn't follow the required break in procedures on a 825hp Super Car - The Service Dept had no idea how to fix it or even how to plug in the Tuner.. Purchased a new car from Lake Keowee Ford that had 3,900 miles on it and was told it’s a new car on an MSO. They did terrible job cleaning it, they never repaired damages to interior that were done to the car. All they kept telling me is that it is a new car on an MSO and let us send you a $ 100 then $ 200.00 dollars if I would give them a good review.
