DECEITFUL PRACTICE. I took my 19 yr old to this dental practice. She's covered under my husbands insurance and I listed him as the person responsible for the bill. When her cleaning was done I was presented with a bill for $110. I was surprised as our insurance covers routine teeth cleaning at 100%. They told me that they had performed an oral cancer screening and had given her fluoride which were not covered. This is not the place to have your dentures realigned. I told the dentist I had no problem with my top denture it was fine and the bottom denture was just starting to get a little loose and needed a miner adjustment. So I go with out dentures for 5 days, when I get them back I could not believe what they did, the top denture that I told her was fine was totally destroyed and the bottoms even worse.
