Matthew Buchanan did an outstanding job listening to what my family was looking for in a lake house. He really knows Lake James - from the properties, the neighborhoods and all of the various contacts that you could need. We never considered the 1780 neighborhood, but he found us our dream lake house there.
Great experience with the Lake James Team. I worked directly with Fletcher and indirectly with Bryan and they both were great. I had originally bought my lot from Lake James Team in 2017, and they were highly accurate on estimating the value of a property, so I hired them to sell the property after we had a house built. Bryan Jones and the Lake James Team are great to work with, including Lew, who helped answer many of the questions we had while we were at the office reviewing maps, etc. We were interested in lakefront property at Lake James and Bryan knew where to take us.
