The EMS staff was very kind and professional andgot me to the hospital quickly. The reason for 2 stars is the billing process. I was billed significantly more than my insurance allowed and the billing department declined to work with my insurance to resolve the difference. Care was 5 stars, billing was 1 star. Very disappointing.
My little girl fell and quit breathing. They arrived quick and were absolutely amazing. Chief Ortiz also arrived and held my 2 year old with love and care. They made her comfortable during the whole ordeal. They were angels. Thank you!!
