Love this place, have been members for the last 6 years. We've never any complaints except this time & this early in the season. I get it that they had to raise the prices on everything, but when it comes to the "Snack Shack" they should have at least tried to train the staff on a number of things after the prices were raised substantially: 1) customer service- which includes a mere thank you or even a hello, 2) knowledge of what they actually sell, instead of just grabbing something that just looks like what a customer orde... read more
