Please read Place is horrible. Dont move in!! My apartment is falling apart and I have asked several times for things to be fixed. Everytime I ask I am told that there is a work order in. This has been going on over a month. They told me that the part was ordered and it was going to fixed but when I follow up nothing. I finally stopped a maintenence worker and he came in and fixed the issue. When I moved in I asked about the cost they didn't seem to want to give me a figure on the phone of the exact amount. A1 This is a great apartment community, especially for families with small children. I have lived here for 4 years and wouldn't rent any place else! The area is quiet, streets are relatively safe (police patrol the area 3 times daily), and the service is great.! Maintenance is super fast and friendly!
