The care and consideration I was given during the ultrasound process was phenomenal. My comfort was kept front and centre at all times, with non-invasive reminders that I could ask for the procedure to be stopped at any point, for any reason. The professionalism, understanding and genuine empathy I received during the one-off appointment was unexpected, as even amongst health and medical professionals with whom a patient could build a long-term relationship, this combination of traits is, in my experience, quite rare.
Easy to make appointment, reception and radiography staff were pleasant enough. The organisation is configured to take pictures and collect money. The most important part - reporting the pictures seems secondary. 4 days later and I’m yet to have a report which means I can’t arrange to see my GP so I can receive effective treatment. There is no indication of when a report will be made.

Nothing improved just a pathetic apology, report arrived today cant login to web report and app Is rubbish. Doctor overseas.
