So far i have only used Vital Pet for boarding my cat Amos and the experience i have had has beem fantastic. Not only do the staff remember my pet, they dedicate their time to get to know him and his personality. Each time i have left him i have been nervous and worry if he will be ok but each time i colllect him, he is super happy and looks as though he has a lovely holiday, he shows no anxiety and almost seems a little reluctant to come home! The staff is always very friendly and patient. Dr. Resell takes the time to explain everything to us. I never feel like we are just another pet owner with him.
Wouldn't think about taking my fur babies anywhere else�The staff is always courteous, caring and professional .......
Love Dr. Resell and so does Biscuit!! He takes all the time in the world with us and with her. He answers all our questions and never acts like he is in a rush to get out of the room the way some vets will do. We've been going there for 10 years and will continue to do so.
I love Vital Pet Atascocita. The staff is always so friendly. Especially Mrs Kim. I have taken my pets there for years. They always treat us like family.
I really love the staff and quality care that's given at this animal clinic. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. They even have a first time discount which is amazing. So far I've taken both my dogs here, one of them is a big baby about needles and exams but they were able to work with him and took great care of him. I highly recommend bringing your fur babies here!
My pets have seen all three doctors, and they are each very professional, helpful, and truly care about fur babies and their families. The staff are all so kind and helpful, and I highly recommend Vital Pet to anyone who wants a reliable place to bring their pets!
