Fantastic food & ambience. Service was incredibly slow. I blame on management or kitchen. Our waitress had every table in our room to care for. Possibly have another waitress? Took 40 minutes to get water. An hour to get appetizer. We’d like to go back but maybe pick another day.
The food was great and service was great. Nice atmosphere and I love a place that offers outside dining. I was there for a small get-together so we ate inside which was nice. I had the whiskey bourbon burger, fries and a apple cider margarita. Thought it was a little pricey at $34. Drink was $15 and Burger and fries was $18.50.
The view is the only thing going for this restaurant. We did appreciate the fact that we were a 1/2 hour early for our reservation and they were able to accommodate us early. Our server was very pleasant even though she was extremely busy with the amount of tables she was serving. We were approached by a manager and we told her we had been waiting for quite awhile for our meals - she told us that the kitchen is not able to handle the added tables from the recent expansion and that they had to put a hold in the kitchen!! Crab dip was excellent!!!!
Stopped in for lunch today. Simple sandwiches. Hamburger and Steak. Hamburger was over cooked (we asked for medium) and it was salty. Steak sandwich was good except the roll was stale and over toasted...it was hard and crunchy. Server was slow, talked too much and kept refering to me as "brother". (Im in my 70s and he was 20ish). Rude. Outdoor dining by the lake is nice though.
