The entire process was effortless and Eric went above and beyond in assisting me, showing me different boats, & answering every question I had. I bought a brand new axis from Eric. This marina has been great every step of the way, from getting me into the boat I always wanted to making sure service is performed in a timely fashion so I can get back on the water. 5 stars, they have definitely earned my business!
Eric and the LHM staff deserve a HUGE shout out for their recent work. We had plans to leave for vacation on Thursday but when we went to pull the boat from the water Tuesday night found that it would not start. At this point we pretty much thought we'd be heading to Lake George without a boat but Eric and team would not let that happen. If your looking for a Pemier pontoon I highly recommend you look somewhere else. I went to them for an issue with my 2012 Grand Majestic pontoon on June 4th 2015. It's 4/19/2016 and have not even got a call back. I even checked in in December , and nothing. The don't have a great reputation on the lake as it is. I called another dealer on lake wallenpaupack (Driftwood marine) and with in 2 days got a call back with an OK from premier and part ordered. They are by far a more Proffessinal dealer to deal with.
Worked with Eric who was wonderful! Customer service was excellent and he was very responsive. Made purchasing a boat easy and worked with me to ensure I was comfortable and happy with everything. I highly recommend Lake Hopatcong Marine.
