Know from experience that this company is not worth to work with. I have learned from past contractors that they do not pay them even though the all the paperwork has been signed and acknowledge by the persons in charge. Then when they say that they are going to pay by a certain time frame they don't. The owners of the custom homes that are being built are needing to pay the contractors out of their pocket after paying custom homes for the scope of the work,

The owner truly knows the foundation of construction. He can identify and troubleshoot issues , which are common with the many moving parts involved in building a home. He is always lending a helping hand to those in need (clients, friends, even strangers ) especially during times when the community is in need.

We deeply regret hiring this builder five years ago. Initially we were pleased with their price and service when we chose them. The custom home looked great and service was good, but two years later, the real problems arise. We sued them since we had a construction defect 1.5 years after the house was completed and they did not accept responsibility.
