The Chapmans bought Lake Highlands Car Wash (formally JC’s Car Wash) in August of 2019. Took my car for a basic wash and the guy who took my car into the wash broke my mirror and immediately started to blame me for having a faulty mirror shortly after he tried to glue my mirror back on. Terrible customer service. (Person in the picture isn’t the guy who did it)
I go to this car wash on my lunch break. It's never a long wait, and my car always comes out looking great - inside & out.
DO NOT COME HERE!! Since new ownership/management they are the rudest laziest people ever. It used to be they came to your car and took payment, now you have to walk in and MAYBE someone is there. They even had to nerve to insult the Car Bath by saying they made more money than them! It's not about money it's about treating customers right and when you treat this costumer like an unwanted guest yes I will use cuss words.
