I have lived here for close to 3 years now. I have to honestly say this was my first apartment and I was nervous. The incredibly nice staff, Shannon and Amy, walked me through it and made me at ease. The maintenance staff headed by the very knowledgeable Rich is right on it when u call. Day or night. He knows everything! The care for their property from mowing lawns, trimming the trees, putting in the sidewalks, etc. Is wonderful. I would recommend the Lake Heights Apartments to anyone without hesitation!

Great apartment
We haven’t lived here long, but maintenance is always addressed as soon as possible, and the staff is incredibly friendly. I’m sure it’s just the winter months.... but I’m looking forward to meeting more neighbors.
