I cannot wait to move out Management is horrible and never keep their word. They have roaches and don't come and spray as they should. Will send an email saying they are coming to spray and never do. I've been having issues with parking because the neighbors have broken down cars that are taking up the whole row to where I'm having to park across the parking lot.. I would never recommend living here.

Do not go here!! They literally lied and took my deposit telling me my apartment will be ready by mid-December and now you're telling me my apartment will not be ready until after January when I already said that my lease at my other apartment complex is up on the 31st of December. They lied repeatedly and now they're over here playing games with my money do not go here unless you want to be SCAMMED. The lady Christina in the office and her manager lady just taking your money. Avoid if you can, They will tell you anything to get you in and once moved in they DONT RECALL telling you that. I don't know where to start. The property has been through several management changes, which is inconsistent because all of a sudden paperwork goes missing, money orders goes missing for rent and deposits. So always hang onto your receipts. The units always flood from the toilet, or the air conditioner/heat goes out, Hopefully the after hour phone is turned on. i have went days with out both heat and air. Which le... read more
