Same story as the rest, they installed a new furnace, duct work, a/c gas lines. Big job but was told it would take 2 weeks. It took 4 months of interest and so many no call no shows. As if that wasn't bad enough they did it wrong. The gas lines are not sized correctly for the appliances so I'm burning through the lp quicker than the wife shopping on Black Friday. Had them install our furnace in January 2015. They did a good job installing it but just recently we were having an issue with the furnace not working. Tried calling several times on the phone number that states they answer 24/7. sometimes the phone just stops ringing but was able to leave a message once. Still waiting for a call back. Since it is the end of October, we could not wait any longer and had to call another place that did give us a call back.

Lake Heating & Cooling, a/k/a Alderman. Had them come to install a new thermostat. That was fine, except they kept the detailed manual on how to do the settings and forced us to access the same document online. The thermostat still works fine. While here, they found a broken plastic pipe in our furnace that was dripping water onto an electrical connection. Said they'd order a replacement, come back out and install it promptly. He installed a new furnace in my dads house 6 years ago. Call him 4 times and left messages. Furnace was not running on valentines day. He never even called me back. If I would have k own this is the kind of service we would receive, would have never had him put in the furnace. Bad business.

He had to make several stops at my residence. Every time he left last year our furnace would work for a few days and then we would have to call him again. Ordered and payed for a part last year, was finally put in this past week when we had to call him again. This time he was very rude to my wife and actually stormed out of my house, Without the furnace working, i was not home at the time, or else I think he would have acted differently. Would highly not recommend this company.
