Can't get anyone from their privileged office to call me back fir an appointment. Not to bother now , too late. I think a week off trying was enough. I would hire more staff dr.Vito! Luckely, there are more Dr's in willoughby to choose from
Rude office. Made the appointment. Address with insurance is in Concord. Called back to make sure where at. She stated Willoughby only. Could not find the office, thought mapquesting would be sufficient. Called because could not find, and she stated they always offer directions, and she did not. Very rude treatment. Stated she was charging me for no show. It was not my fault I could not find the office, and she offered no directions, nor landmarks, but stated she does no wrong so it is my fault. Dr Banna himself I'd have to say since I only seen him once was a great! All though his office stuff whither it's their age or ability to do/knowledge of their job of getting ins approvals&knowing when to call ins (NOT the day before test are expected to be done) being ins needs TIME to approve at least 24/48 hrs, as the office knows this so why they wait til the day before is beyond me it's a lack of respect to the patient and the family members and then they get very rude and act as though you've done something wrong when ... read more
that this is the best doctor I know!!!!! He did both my knees and my shoulder, Plus my Mom's hip, thumb and knee, He is a great doctor.
He saved my life twice , He came to the hospital in a snow storm for me because i didn't want any other doctor working on me .
Aimed toward care for the whole family. My children feel very comfortable with Dr. Modarelli and Dr. Hofius! My daughter still remembers years ago when Dr. Modarelli blew up his rubber glove and drew a face on it. It made her laugh.
The two male doctors that work this place are wonderful and so are most of the nurses and receptionest the thing that ruins this practice is a woman by the name of patty kelly. she is rude erragant and iggnorant. She pretends to be kind and sweet but she is not. She was the worst pick for this place, they push her on every patient coming through the doors. In my oppion she should be fired and every person who ever had to deal with her pure erragance should be sent personal letter from the doctors appologing for making any on... read more
