My daughter was having a bad reaction to anti-seizure meds. The neurologist was on vacation and could not get help. but when things got really bad, on a weekend, I called here. The answering service fumbled and would not put me in touch with the on call pediatrician. I called 4-5 times and they still refused. We ended up in the ER all night thanks to them and the neurologist not doing their job. Children's lives are at risk when these doctors sit back and pass the buck. Disgusted
the place is great an everyone os very nice an very professional but call wise is terrible i was on hold for over 30 minutes
see anyone besides dr malik.
