Rude office. Made the appointment. Address with insurance is in Concord. Called back to make sure where at. She stated Willoughby only. Could not find the office, thought mapquesting would be sufficient. Called because could not find, and she stated they always offer directions, and she did not. Very rude treatment. Stated she was charging me for no show. It was not my fault I could not find the office, and she offered no directions, nor landmarks, but stated she does no wrong so it is my fault.
