Do not buy an EBC E bike here or anywhere. The chargers have 0 warranty! If you leave and it dies in an hour, a day , a month or a few months you have to buy another neither the bike shop or EBC will replace it without full payment! It doesn't matter if you paid over $3000.00 for a bike. I'm not sure about the other brands warranties? We didn't buy them. Sure the employees were nice but they won't warn you of warranty issues with the EBC Brand! I wish I used an American Express to pay for it They would have backed me up. IDK... read more

We were visiting the area after going through two dust storms. We stopped in to have our two bikes serviced. The work was done on time and for a very reasonable cost. The owner and staff were very friendly and courteous.
While traveling, I showed up at Lake Havasu Bike and Fitness to try to get a quick adjustment to my hydraulic brakes. They dropped everything and spent > 20 minutes with my bike. While the end result is probably that I need a brake overhaul, the fact that they dropped what they were doing to look at my issue was impressive. Thanks for taking the time to look into the problem with my brakes.
