Twice now I have taken my aftermarket E bike to them to fix both times I had same-day turnaround fair pricing and great work - I can’t wait till I can afford a better E bike and I will be buying from them :)

Grant and has assistant have left my bike a (Gaint Reveel) older model, exactly like brand new ! When ever the bike was peddled the rear wheel would shift to the left rubbing on the inside of the frame . Could not figure out what it was . Took it to Grant . Turned out to be the rear axel broke in 2 . The guys replaced it and brand new again . This bicycle shop is top notch. Highly recommend. There super friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks guys !
Do not buy an EBC E bike here or anywhere. The chargers have 0 warranty! If you leave and it dies in an hour, a day , a month or a few months you have to buy another neither the bike shop or EBC will replace it without full payment! It doesn't matter if you paid over $3000.00 for a bike. I'm not sure about the other brands warranties? We didn't buy them. Sure the employees were nice but they won't warn you of warranty issues with the EBC Brand! I wish I used an American Express to pay for it They would have backed me up. IDK... read more
