Authorized Soul fast ebike dealer...Awesome!!
We were visiting the area after going through two dust storms. We stopped in to have our two bikes serviced. The work was done on time and for a very reasonable cost. The owner and staff were very friendly and courteous.
While traveling, I showed up at Lake Havasu Bike and Fitness to try to get a quick adjustment to my hydraulic brakes. They dropped everything and spent > 20 minutes with my bike. While the end result is probably that I need a brake overhaul, the fact that they dropped what they were doing to look at my issue was impressive. Thanks for taking the time to look into the problem with my brakes.
Clean facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. They took extra time to explain about Ebikes. As first-time Ebike riders, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Two hours was sufficient to ride at Lake Havasu. We will definitely return.
We bought two soul e bikes and a bike carrier from Lance today. He was great and very knowledgeable. We love our new bikes. Thank you Lance!
