When I lived on 27 I loved the area. This was one of the nicest along this area at Haines City.
Have lived here for almost 3y years. It is a great place. Very convinent to many things. You are 20 minutes from Disney World, Sea World and Universal City and Downtown Disney. You are 1 hour from the Gulf or the Atlantic if u are a beach person. The park itself is very well maintained and there are activities if you want to participate. There is also several Golf courses close by for those of you that like to hit the little white ball. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Good and friendly people.
