This is the best gym ever! So welcoming and so clean and everyone is so friendly. They really care about you and your health and family here! Wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else. and being a single mom 24 hours open helps me out so much! Thank you!

Thank you for your guidance and motivation. Those were the two things I did not have that always led to failure in the past. With the help you have provided it truly has made a difference and is the reason for my progress. This program does work, if you follow it. I was not able to finish the workouts in the beginning. They were hard, but I stuck with it and it got easier. Some of the workouts are still hard but I am getting better everyday.
