Thank you for your guidance and motivation. Those were the two things I did not have that always led to failure in the past. With the help you have provided it truly has made a difference and is the reason for my progress. This program does work, if you follow it. I was not able to finish the workouts in the beginning. They were hard, but I stuck with it and it got easier. Some of the workouts are still hard but I am getting better everyday.
Coach Webb is so knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to what will and will not help you on your journey to a healthier lifestyle. It’s all about your mindset and he helped me realize that! I participated in a four week challenge that help me do an overhaul of my exercise and eating habits. He was there every step of the way and didn’t come down on me when I made mistakes.
