Poor management. Rent goes up every year by $75 -$150. Nothing ever get fix. And when you ask for something to be replace/ repair. They want the tenants to pay for it. When it is regular wear & tear. Oh and if you live 3515 be ready for war. It is always some mess going on in this building.
It is so disgusting it is mice running all around when the lights are of too much shootings
Completely infested with bed bugs! They have mice issues in some buildings but every building is infested with bed bugs. Loud neighbors that stomp around all day and play loud music and scream and fight all day. Kids running through hallways screaming and yelling like they are outside. entire management office is disrespectful and the maintenance team is terrible.
