Sprayed termidor SC three years ago and haven't seen a roach in my apartment since.
Great place to live!
Poor management. Rent goes up every year by $75 -$150. Nothing ever get fix. And when you ask for something to be replace/ repair. They want the tenants to pay for it. When it is regular wear & tear. Oh and if you live 3515 be ready for war. It is always some mess going on in this building.
