If I could give no stars I would! My Dr referred me to get an MRI done and the day before my appointment which was July 1st they called me to confirm the appointment. I got there 45 min early and checked in and the receptionist informed me that they called me back yesterday after the lady who confirmed my appointment and left a voicemail (which they didn't) to say my appointment was canceled due to insurance problem. All went well with my visit, the front desk taking information and the technician who do the MRI. I would reccomend.
I was referred to this location by my Dr and I feel very fortunate that I was. The lady in the front office was very proficient, friendly and extremely helpful. When I was taken to have my CT scan completed, the tech was great. Interactive, encouraging and very informative. Overall I couldn't ask for a better appointment and staff to work with.
They don't keep money over 150.00 to give change to patients who pay in cash and I am having to be billed 10 dollars due to this. A Lot of people only pay in cash and don't have cards . Very disappointing. Everything else was great and the people were all very nice.
