Most of the posts are opinion pieces, so calling it "news" is a bit of a stretch. If you want to read the articles, they want your money. Don't waste your time.

The new size of the paper is bad; the print is awful; the articles hardly ever pertain to the city itself and you are such a Liberal newspaper. My subscription expired this past week and I will not be renewing it. Get some new writers. I laughed out loud when I saw the headline about Danny Derrick retiring. Where was the proofreader on this?

So, the GM has invited "all our readers" to a public place NOT handicapped accessible for people to give their input about ways to improve this newspaper 🤔hm? How bout being a community leader and setting a standard to not deliberately discriminate based on age/frailty, and disability?
