Really disappointed with how this turned out. I showed them exactly what I wanted, including pictures and a PDF. I asked for medium almond Gel X nails in a soft rosy nude pink, a regular pedicure in a matching color, and my eyebrows waxed. When I got there, they didn’t even seem to have my appointment on file and seemed surprised when I said I was getting Gel X. I kept saying I wanted pink, not purple or beige. This is the result. I’m extremely disappointed with my pedicure today. The first person who started my pedicure was very rushed, and when he finished, I noticed that the polish was all over my skin. He also didn’t properly clean up around my nails or use a tool to remove the excess polish. I brought this to someone else’s attention, and thankfully they were able to fix the polish around my skin. I had such a wonderful experience getting my nails done by Tiffany! The entire process was incredibly smooth and comfortable—I experienced absolutely no pain at all, which is always a huge plus. I am completely in love with the final result; the attention to detail is just perfect. I am definitely planning on coming back for my next appointment. I would give this experience a solid 10/10 without hesitation!

Was able to walk in today and the wait was not long to get a pedicure. The guy who provided the pedicure was very detailed and his foot massage was very good. Have been here previously and will return.
