Mike installed a Daikin mini-split with two indoor units in February of 2025 and by January 2026 it was not working. Over several months and many attempts to get it up and running again he failed. In May I had a Daikin certified tech determine (in quotes) . . . “1. Improper communication cable installed, causing unreliable operation due to frequency interruption. 2. This was my 1st time calling about a thermostat problem. I spoke with the owner Mike who was very personable. The next morning he sent over his HVAC tech Chuck. He was polite, patient and answered all of my questions. I would recommend LGHC.

Mike put in a whole new construction heating and cooling system and within one year are air conditioning stopped working we called and Mike came out and said oh I don’t have tools in my truck I will have to come back and after repeated calls to him he ghosted us never came back!!

It was Father's Day when I was run off the road by this Companies truck & his StarCraft boat. I was in the left lane & he was in the right lane when he decided to push me & my family into the shoulder, with his Company truck & his fishing boat, while my family is in the backseat of my classic wagon!! . My son worked for this hack artist for a few months, guy treats his employees like absolute garbage and would rob every unknowing customer blind if it was his choice. Stick to a more reputable company.
