I inquired about a space for lease, asking if it was zoned for a take out business. Realtor Teri Krohn emailed me the next morning, ignoring my initial question, stating I didn't have enough space for a kitchen. How does she know? Quite interesting since she was never told of my business, my proposed layout, my business plan, my background, etc. She just assumed the space would be too small. I originally picked Lake Geneva Realty to list my home due to a friend’s experience with them, along with their stellar reputation in the area. I was absolutely amazed with Sal Jr. right from the start. I gave him zero notice on a Friday afternoon to come out for an appointment. He was there the following Monday as I requested.
