I inquired about a space for lease, asking if it was zoned for a take out business. Realtor Teri Krohn emailed me the next morning, ignoring my initial question, stating I didn't have enough space for a kitchen. How does she know? Quite interesting since she was never told of my business, my proposed layout, my business plan, my background, etc. She just assumed the space would be too small. Sal Dimiceli, Jr. is a truly exceptional realtor. We were referred to Sal through a friend. I originally picked Lake Geneva Realty to list my home due to a friend’s experience with them, along with their stellar reputation in the area.
