My first visit with Genesis the nurse practitioner went very well. She had reviewed my complete medical history along with medication list. I wasn’t being rushed and found her to be knowledgeable, informative and very pleasant. The office staff was also very pleasant during my visit. My wait time was short, there was only one other patient in front of me. Great experience.
Went for a 2:30 appointment, was seen closer to 4 PM. When asked about the delay it was among the most defensive Drs I have ever met. This place is totally unprofessional. Drug store instruments - cheesy waiting room - and a Dr that cannot even come close to keeping appointments. Avoid this place.
Extremely rude staff. Even with me being the only patient there they were condescending and rushed me in and out . I recommend other facilities. You deserve healthcare providers that care .
I am a patient of Dr. Jessamy and have been extremely satisfied with the care provided. For my recent procedure, I couldn't be more pleased with the care provided by the doctor and his team. Office staff are also very polite & professional. Office is small, but very clean. Will continue using this group for my GI health needs.
