Very good experience with Dr. Jessamy both in hospital and at his practice. Friendly personality and treats you like a human, showing empathy and care. The office staff were kind and I was seen quickly.
The doctor was excellent. But the office experience was horrible. Completely full waiting room that they said is the way it is all the time. Took one and a half hours to be seen. And everyone I talked to pass the buck to someone else as to why this problem is and no one took responsibility for trying to fix it.

I made an appointment on March 5, 2025 to see Dr. Bascar on April 3, 2025. This appointment was made to satisfy ER Doctors recommendation. Doctor Bascar's office called on April 1 and rescheduled me for May 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM. I arrived at 2:23 and completed my paperwork and vitals. At 3:35, I asked the clerks, "How many patients are ahead of me?" She replied, "five." There were two more that I heard and saw go into the doctors exam areas.
