Our house went on the market at a bad time, with Lake Gaston area moving to its winter migration, and interest rates not favorable. Despite that, the house went on contract and sold quicker then we expected, and at a price that was appropriate. Because we were out of state, Barney coordinated several necessary actions on our behalf that would have normally been done by us. His knowledge and experience with Lake Gaston real estate was obvious, and his advice and efforts made the sale pretty much painless for us.
