I've used this business for a long time. They are punctual and persistent till the project is finished. They are prepared to make a small extra effort, such as moving some furniture. I like the people and the work they do, and I feel at ease around them. Our area rugs always look fantastic thanks to Lake Forest Upholstery Cleaning, which we have been using for years. Even food stains on the Sunbrella cushions of our outdoor furniture and pine tree pitch have been miraculously removed by them.
I'm quite pleased with their service. They always respond to my questions within a day, which is wonderful for me because I'm constantly busy. Even on a holiday weekend when my dryer might not have been functioning correctly, they came to my house early in the morning and fixed it for no charge!
