Lake forest changes its policies when ever they want without notice. One person tells you one thing and then someone else says something different. They do not take care of maintenance problems, our steps railing was held with a zip tie!! We have had issues with our patio door since we moved in three years ago and it still is not fixed. They claim to be inspecting patios to see if they pass city codes, but when asked if they do, they dont know. i think that the city does need to come out and inspect the whole place.
