Our sprinkler system failed two months ago with a severed head and piping leaks. Our water bill for August showed over 50,000 of leaked water! Reported problem as a warranty claim, and they came back and told me that nothing is wrong with the system. The Taylor Morrison contact does not return calls, or does not list his name on his cell greeting. In calling the Charlotte office number three times, no one answered the phone, or returned my calls. Placed a complaint through the Better Business Bureau.
