The billing department here is extremely unprofessional. I was given an estimate before my visit but charged more afterward, with no explanation. When I called, they even made statements that were unlawful, and when I disputed the bill, they ignored me and send it to collections. Patients deserve transparency, accountability, and lawful practices. Stay away.
Great friendly staff. Easy to get in and you can see any of the doctors. My kids have been going here since they were born, 11 years ago.
I can’t believe this office is charging $35 per kid every year just to cover basic stuff like phone calls and prescription writing. That’s your budget problem—not ours. We’re the ones footing the bill because you can’t manage your finances, and guess what? Our families are the ones paying the price. We should be your priority, not an ATM.
Always always always late!!! Never on time! We wait 30-45 minutes each time with antsy kids Every time I call I'm on hold for 15-20 minutes. Now they have the audacity to charge a $35 administrative fee per child starting July 1. They barely have any staff to answer the phones. Will be moving our family to another pediatrician.
Great experience everytime we’ve come here. Providers are excellent, and engaging!
