Lake Forest is owned by Coare Communities out of Florida and is one of the worst companies to rent from as no one will return calls, messages or emails if you want to speak with them. If there is any problems you have to take steps to get it corrected yourself. I purchased a home from them took me 2 years to obtain a statement of ownership and only got it because I personally had to file a complaint with the TDHC in Texas. Only good thing I can say it is a quiet community, everyone keeps to themselves fairly well. It is close to anything you may need. Downfall is the company that owns the park is out of Florida and don't seem to care about anything but collecting rent in my mind is high. You pay for water,sewer,trash to the park, electric you have to get on your own and you have to take care of your own lawn for $575.00 a month plus extra for utilities.
