The staff didn’t look throughly for the serial number stamped on my car’s catalytic converter and marked the converter as tampered resulting a fail smog test. After taking my car to the garage and found the serial number indicating an approved converter I went back to the smog test station and showed all my proof to the staff but he refused to change the results from fail to pass. I have to go through the tedious referee process and I got the pass inspection results after several weeks of unnecessary dispute process.

I have never had a pleasant experience with the owner operator of this smog station it is always an excuse on their end and that will be 100$ because your coupon isn't accepted here. 2nd attempt at trying this business will also be my last.

I called ahead of time and confirmed the validity of their coupon and the cost of doing a smog test. No games were played, and total amount came out to about $48 dollars.

If you come here with the online coupon, present it first to the mechanic before giving your keys. I tried to show it at point of invoice and he refused to apply discount. Pretty messed up since you could easily adjust the invoice. Gave 2-stars because at least it was quick.
