I came at the recommendation of my hearing aid manufacturer for a replacement rechargeable battery for my hearing aid. To say the least this was the ultimate ripoff! I was told by the Audiologist I needed a hearing test-a state requirement. Wrong not for repair or replacement only for new prescription. They quoted $600 for a new battery or $5,000 for new hearing aids. I also had them look in my ears with the otoscope only to find my opposite ear had a wax plug. I have never written a bad review on Google, this is the first time. From the get go this was a horrible experience. The initial consult was $1,600, i don't know who charges this. My wife already had a recent hearing exam. She literally just needed to be fitted with a hearing aid. After the consultation not before, they said it was not covered by insurance. Wonderful team of professionals lead by Dr Lori Halvorson. She and her team are excellent!! When you get hearing issues, and we all do as we get older, this is the place to go!!
