I had a very disappointing experience. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming, and the dentist acted like he knew everything without taking the time to listen to my concerns. One comment that really stood out was when the staff (lady at the front desk) said, " The patient doesn't get to decide." It's my body and my choice. It came across as dismissive and made me feel like my questions and concerns didn't matter on what course of action to take for my treatment. I had a fantastic experience here on my recent teeth cleaning! The office is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Another thing, the service was profound; their entire team was incredibly friendly and professional. They also pointed me to the right direction for further dental treatment. I highly recommend them and will be visiting again!
I was blown away with my experience from the moment I walked into their gorgeous office! The team is so pleasant and go out of their way to work with your schedule efficiently. My cleaning was very thorough and enjoyable! The warm towel finish is always a pleasurable experience. They don't over diagnose and I am happy about this since I am on a somewhat tight budget. Thank you for taking the stress out of dental visits :)
